Ginger Snowballs
  • 5 Sanitarium Weet-bix
  • 250g packet gingernut biscuits
  • ½ cup chopped crystallised ginger
  • ½ cup chopped dried apricots
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • 395 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup grated coconut

  1. Lightly crush Weet-Bix and gingernut biscuits with a rolling pin.
  2. Place all the ingredients, except coconut into a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 35 balls and toss in coconut.
